Phocis, Phokian League Bronze under Phalaikos, 351 BC and later., Æ 22mm., 8.15g. Three facing bull’s heads with sacrificial fillets, arranged in a triangle, their muzzles inwards and touching. ΦΩ-KE-ΩN circular and clockwise in the spaces between the tops of the bull heads. Rev. Large T in laurel wreath tying above. BMC 93, pl. III, 21. Laffaille 346. SNG Cop 125. BCD Lokris-Phokis 329.

Houghton-Lorber in S.C. 492, explain that is possibly an issue of Hierax rather Antiochus II. An idealized young head, not identifiable as any Seleucid king, was a characteristic feature of the Hellespontine coinage of Antiochus Hierax.
